The current system isn’t working
I have seen all my unwell colleagues whether nutritionists or doctors struggling with the tsunami of diabetes, obesity and inflammation. They are completely overwhelmed. Prescribing band-aid drug-treatments is the only way to cope because they are swamped in hospitals/waiting rooms etc.
I believe there’s a better way.
It’s a challenging world, but we can arm ourselves with ‘shields’ exercise, sleep, and the right nutrition. I’ll show you how.
I spend as much time as needed.
My great strength is that I spend more time than most with my patients to understand why they are not well. My consultations aren’t 10 to 15 minutes long – they are 1 – 2 hours.

I have a great deal of experience helping patients with hard-to-treat illnesses find out the root cause of their health problems – then I create a tailored plan to turn things around.
I’ll speak in plain English and I won’t make you live on ‘activated’ almonds, promise!
There are so many conflicting diets and opinions out there – I will explain in plain English why you’re not feeling well.
Also, I love wine and chocolate, bacon, cream, eggs and meat myself. I’m not going to force unrealistic diets on you. What I am going to do is tailor a plan around your particular needs – one that factors in your lifestyle. I’ll give you a clear blueprint for health – and support you along the way.
My approach is evidence based, and proven to work.
I’m very thorough – and we’ll go through all aspects of your health and life, including past jobs and lifestyle choices.
I’ll focus on treating underlying nutritional deficiencies and environmental exposures that may be impacting on your health and well-being.

I use blood tests, stool analysis, hair and salivary tests to identify the issues affecting your health. I’ll also prioritise what tests, lifestyle changes and foods need to done immediately, and those that can be done at a later date.
I’ll then tell you via scientific research and clinical experience what will work and not work in terms of treatment, food and tests.
