Friday nights can be the start of an eating frenzy that lasts until Sunday night.

If you do order takeaway, try and skip the rice, the bread, the corn chips, potato, hot chips, the pasta and noodles (and you are saying ‘but those are the best bits!’)

Fill up on the meats, chicken, fish, seafood, cheese, greens and legumes.
