Can you believe the new year is less than one month away!
It’s going to mean some fantastic changes and renewal in 2020 and I have two big announcements.
The ‘Getting Better’ program
The new year is going to see the launch of my new program.
It is about starting you on the road to finally ‘get better’.
It will give patients some ‘breathing-space’ or ‘wriggle-room’ to be able to make some small changes to diet and be rewarded for it.
It is all about ‘getting better’ and staying better.
It will be a 6-week course based on quality whey-based drinks. This will take the pressure off you in terms of food choice, so you can focus on changing habits and eating patterns.
Re-education about just ‘how to eat’ will be an important part of this program (this is missing is all other similar programs on the market).
Supplements will also be offered to improve energy, aid weight loss, digestion and blood sugar balance plus minimise inflammation.
Many patients are so inflamed and congested, blood sugar and insulin are so high, that feeling better in the short-term is very difficult.
This program is about gaining a little momentum, then building on that with dietary education, stress relief, the right kind of exercise, and which lifestyle changes to prioritise.
This short and sharp program will reward you with weight-loss, reduced inflammation, better digestion and pain reduction.
It’s a springboard that will give you the confidence that further improvements will occur as you re-learn eating habits and break away from old ones. It will enable you to make medium and longer term changes.
It is a very handy option for patients but isn’t compulsary. Some patients may choose to continue the program for longer than 6 weeks or not do it at all.
Just ask if you’d like more information.
Fulltime at the Bardon practice in 2020
The other great news is that I will be fulltime at Bardon from 2020. The centre is a perfect fit for me with its mix of therapists and I’m honoured to have been asked to join the team.
I’m excited to be working at such a well-known centre with such experienced therapists and support staff.
Initially, I’ll be working 4 days a week and may also be offering patients Saturday morning appointments in the future (let me know if this may suit you).
For any booking information, just contact the friendly reception staff on 07-33681300 or have a look at the site for further details: http://www.bardoncounsellingcentre.com/
You can still book online at: http://powernutrition.com.au/book-now-2/
The centre is located at 151 Boundary Rd, Bardon Qld 4065. Please allow an extra 10 minutes for parking as it can get busy.
I’ll have plenty of after-hours spots and will be available from 7.30am until 7pm on most days. Reception is available from 9am to 6pm. If you come outside these hours, just take a seat on the bench outside the centre and I’ll let you in.
I want all my Hawthorne and south side patients to please follow me over to Bardon.
If it is too far, please be aware that I will continue to offer Skype, Facetime and WhatsApp video consultations. Just ask if you have any questions.
I’ll be taking a break from 25/12/19 and will be back on deck at Bardon from 6/1/20.
Have a safe and wonderful Christmas and I look forward to seeing you in 2020.
